A music festival identity built around four stages, four genres, four distinct worlds, held together by one visual system. Jazz, hip hop, EDM, and rock each get their own mascot and poster series, fully realized expressions of the genre they represent.

A bitmap motif runs through the whole system, squared and stacked forms that echo the rhythm and pulse of a beat. The overarching language is bold and linear, with color that shifts across categories while keeping everything coherent.

Every stage feels like its own thing. Every stage is unmistakably part of the same festival.

Logo

The Quad Beat Fest wordmark is handwritten, bold, and deliberately inconsistent. The letterforms are linear and heavy, but no two identical letters share the same shape, each drawn slightly differently from the last. Repetition becomes variation, a logo that feels alive on the page rather than locked in place. Fitting for a festival built on four distinct voices.

Mascots

The four characters share the same visual DNA: linear, vivid, and deliberately unreal. Oversized hands and feet give each one a loose, expressive physicality, and skin tones break entirely from reality, folding the figures into the same bold color world as the rest of the branding. Each mascot is caught in the act. Four genres, four personalities, one system.

Poster & Billboard

Each poster leads with the handwritten logo and essential information before giving the stage its full visual treatment. Alongside the individual genre versions, an ensemble poster brings all four mascots together. The featured genre's name scales up with a gradient to anchor each piece, while scattered musical icons and linear speech bubbles fill the composition with energy and character.

Environmental / Promotional

The festival identity moves into the city through street flags and a truck wrap, each carrying the mascots, event name, date, and location into public space before the first set begins.

Collateral

A signs, and directional signage bring the identity into the spaces and hands of the festival itself, keeping the visual language consistent from entry to every stage.

Merch

The merchandise carries the festival identity beyond the event itself. Hoodies, t-shirts, caps, a towel, and a tote bag each feature the mascots and wordmark, keeping the same bold, linear visual language of the poster system alive in every piece.
